Facebook will be adding a remote logout feature. This feature will allow Facebook users to knock spammers out of legit accounts. This new security feature lets users see which devices are logged in to their Facebook accounts and then remove the ones that should not have access. It addresses the growing problem on Facebook; Spammers design fake phishing sites to trick Facebook users into entering their usernames and passwords, and then they use those credentials to send spam messages to as many Facebook friends as possible.
This new feature will be rolled out gradually according to Facebook.com. Users who have been granted the feature can go to Account Settings and then look for it in the Account Security section.
